We verify every lab partner to ensure consistent quality for clinics. Here's what to expect:
Sign up and select "Lab / Manufacturer" as your role. Complete your profile with your business name, location, services, and pricing.
Tell us about your equipment, materials, production capacity, and experience. Include printer models, CNC equipment, and any relevant certifications.
Produce sample orthotics from test files we provide — one in TPU and one in polypropylene. Ship them to our team for quality review. This demonstrates your equipment calibration, surface quality, and material handling.
Once your samples pass review, your lab profile goes live in the Production Marketplace. You'll receive a verified badge and start receiving production orders from clinics.
